Serpyn provides self-service software and network infrastructure. It does not provide human sales services and does not guarantee traffic, relationships, customers, revenue, KPI completion, or commercial success.

Credit limitation

Serpyn credits are closed-loop service credits usable only for eligible services on serpyn.com. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, electronic money, a deposit, an investment, or a financial product. They cannot be transferred, traded, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or another asset and purchased credits expire two years after issuance. Completed credit purchases are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Membership cancellation stops a future renewal and does not refund or shorten the current term.

Seller termination does not create a cash-refund right. Failing a performance challenge forfeits all remaining credits and unused KPI rewards, but does not block the email from future eligible Seller onboarding. A confirmed Seller ban also forfeits that value and blocks the verified email from Seller mode, subject only to mandatory law. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, fabricated transactions or reviews, chargeback abuse, coupon deception, unauthorized access, security attacks, spam, harassment, unlawful or infringing listings, unauthorized resale, restriction evasion, and other serious or repeated system abuse.

A bank chargeback or payment-provider-mandated refund of a Serpyn credit purchase causes a SaaS Owner-mode ban and reversal of the associated credits, regardless of the resulting balance; Explorer access remains available. Separately, any full or partial refund on an independent SaaS transaction disqualifies that complete sale from KPI. A non-refunded sale also fails qualification when its net amount after coupon is below the current monthly membership-fee component of the Committed plan, excluding its platform fee. Late findings preserve finalized history and carry any applicable distinct-partner deduction into the current or next KPI period.

At membership finalization, passing KPI may create a one-use next-membership reward for the membership-fee component. Receiving no qualifying Serpyn coupon-attributed sale for the member's own SaaS during that period may separately create a platform-fee reward. These protections may stack, apply only to the next membership, have no cash value, and any unused remainder is forfeited.

Independent SaaS providers

Listed SaaS products are owned and operated by independent SaaS Owners. Serpyn is not the merchant of record, reseller, payment processor, agent, or contracting party for Explorer purchases from those providers and does not warrant product fitness, uptime, security, legality, support, or continued availability.

Coupons and third-party information

Serpyn checks supported coupon and provider signals, but offers may still change or fail because of provider outages, eligibility rules, geography, taxes, plan restrictions, or SaaS Owner action. Verify the final price and terms on the independent provider's website before paying.

Initial website verification and preview capture confirm only that the submitted public website was reachable at that time. Serpyn does not continuously monitor or guarantee an independent SaaS website's uptime. Coupon and selected-product checks continue while relationships require them. A coupon may be percentage- or fixed-amount based, but must retain its committed positive type and value throughout every active relationship.

Free SaaS Owner access lasts six months regardless of credit balance. Paid membership lasts for its purchased duration. Top-ups alone do not extend access. After paid access ends without renewal, a new six-month Free period begins. Free-period expiry ends Seller capability, not Explorer access, and preserves unexpired credits.

Ratings, reviews, revenue badges, and performance metrics are informational signals, not professional advice or guarantees. Verification reduces certain risks but cannot eliminate fraud, error, bias, or future changes.
